Where is your brother?

When God asked this question to Cain, he had no idea that he in fact had the responsibility of keeping his brother Abel. Because he failed to accept his responsibility to care for Abel he eventually was driven to murdering him and was ushered out of the presence of God.
Mr Allen spoke on seeing every believer as a brother or sister and holding them in prayer and intercession because this is what God expects us to do. We are still sane and standing firm not only because we believe in Christ but because of another's devotion to Christ for our lives. Those faithful friends who are always interested in our spiritual well-being and upliftment are the ones who keep us from straying too far from God. Yet when we think that no one is interested in us and no one cares about 'where we are' we should start seeing Jesus Christ as the friend who sticks closer than a brother. Many earthly friends forsake and disappoint us, but if we stay close to 'our brother in Jesus Christ' He will always be close enough to keep us, He is interceding for us day and night at the right hand side of the Father, what are we going to tell the Father when He asks us: "where is your brother?"
Let us adhere to God when he speaks and not be guilty of the spiritual death of our brother.

Accepting your rights as Sons of GOD

Last night we had God Encounter at the Bridgetown Moravian Church. It was good to see young people coming together to worship Jesus and lift up His Name. Praise and Worship was done by the Impact Direct Ministries Worship Team. There was truly an awesome presence of the Most High God in the place. The Spirit was moving while people just opened their hearts to encounter the LORD.

We were also blessed by G.L.O.W through a dance that really touched many hearts. Whenever I see young people using their God-given gifts and talents for the LORD it brings me so much joy. We continued with more worship and were then blessed with a Powerful Word by Reagan Allen. We were asked the question are we taking up our rights as Sons of God? A number of people responded and experienced the Power of God. We are definitely expecting so much more from the LORD as we open our hearts to the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Your sacrifice to Jesus

This morning we were challenged with a Word from the Lord about our sacrifice for Jesus. 2 Chron 7:14 was the basis for what God is calling His people to. As we take this opportunity to move closer to the LORD, we have the chance to lay down our lives for the sake of Jesus and seeking Him with all that we have.

When you begin to learn that every sacrifice you make is for the extension of the Kingdom then sacrificing will become part of your lifestyle. Let us make use of this day to sacrifice for Jesus in order to reach those who need the grace of the LORD.

We are ready for the next wave of God's Glory

It has been two weeks since our last post and it has been a very exciting two weeks thusfar. We are definitely in awe of who God is and what he is doing. Since our last post we hosted Dr. Gary Wills, Paul Woodman and Zoe Gore (UK)who really blessed us with powerful ministry.

We were then joined by Georgie Dakin from Salisbury, UK, who is spending the next few months with us starting up a community project to teach youngsters how to swim. Not only were we blessed with all the guests from abroad, but we also had Apostle Willie Norris and his team visiting Cape Town with new a new revelation of what God is busy doing in the Kingdom in all aspects of people's lives.

So with all these activities, lives being transformed and people accepting Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, we are now ready for the next wave of God's Glory to hit Cape Town. Sunday, 28 September will be the next GOD Encounter adn it will be hosted by the Bridgetown Moravian Church. Get ready for an outpouring of a huge magnitude of the Power of the Holy Spirit.
