Death to Life through the Power of Jesus

He and the rest of the Impact Team ministered at Maitland High, Cape Town and we saw God changing lives. What a powerful time it was to see a young generation who thirsts after the Holy Spirit.

Taking the Truth, the Life and the Way to the schools

Today and yesterday (29 & 30 August) was really GOD breaking through in areas where many have thought would be impossible. The Impact Team were invited to Maitland High School to do a drug presentation to approximately 400 learners over the two days. Most of the young people were between the ages 14 and 17.

Reagan Allen did the presentation and testimonies of deliverance were shared by members of the Impact Team. Not only was the young people made aware of drugs and its impact, but above all the love of Jesus Christ was shared. The impact the message of hope and life had on the learners were astonishing. All praise and honour belongs to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Hearing the stories of people whose lives were transformed by Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit was what got the young people's attention. They were all keen to experience the LORD and were open for ministry when Apostle Roger Petersen gave them an invitation for prayer.

More than half of the young people responded for prayer and the Power of the Holy Spirit was evident in the meeting. Many lives were not only touched, but also transformed through the power of the Spirit. What a mighty God we serve who deserve the Glory.

Many testimonies by the young people were shared afterwards and they are looking forward to their new life with Jesus Christ as their Lord. The Impact Team will return to the school in two weeks to meet with a different group of young people. Keep praying for more of the manifestation of God's Glory as the lives of this young generation are being changed.

Healing Power

At our meeting(Sunday 26 Aug. 2007) a young girl, who was deaf in her right ear, was miraculously healed by our LORD JESUS Christ. This is the mother sharing the story of the girl. The doctors gave her no hope and believed that she would remain deaf. But JESUS CHRIST healed her and now her hearing is restored and all the pain is gone.

Show me Your Glory

Last night Our LORD really showed up in a supernatural way. We saw people experiencing GOD for the first time. The Power of JESUS filled the Moravian Church in Bridgetown, Cape Town. As we began to praise and worship, the Holy Spirit came down and people experience the Fire of the Holy Spirit.

The evening was all about seeking the LORD and like Moses in Exodus 33 asking GOD for more of His Glory to be manifested. Not only were their people filled with the Holy Spirit, but lives were transformed, many committed and re-committed themselves to JESUS Christ. As the Word of GOD went forth it surely did not return to the LORD empty and fulfilled its purpose in people's lives.

The Moravian dance group G.L.O.W danced on a song titled "Destiny" and a prophetic Word went out that many people through JESUS Christ will begin to step into the destiny and purpose that GOD has in store for them.

There was also a mother who brought her little daughter for prayer, and JESUS Christ healed her. She was in a serious car accident and was deaf in her right ear. Doctors gave up and said that there was nothing they could do. After we prayed with her JESUS touched the young girl and she was instantly healed. She could hear again. The mother testified about her daughter's healing (see video clip) and many witnessed the healing power of JESUS Christ. What an awesome GOD we serve. Other testimonies included people's joy being restored, spiritual gifts being manifested and such a great presence of the LORD that many could not stand but just give in to the POWER of the Holy Spirit all over the building.

We know that this is only the beginning to the even greater outpour of the Holy Spirit and manifestation of GOD's GLORY. So with confidence in the LORD JESUS Christ let us ask the LORD: " Show us Your Glory".

Are you ready?

This weekend will most probably be life changing for many youths and individuals as we trust GOD for more of the manifestation of His Glory. All limitations are being removed and the Name of Jesus Christ will be glorified. We expect a move of the Holy Spirit as we put our trust in the LORD for more of His Power. In the atmosphere there is a sense of expectation and hunger for more of the Holy Spirit.

As this weekend begins may your desire for the LORD increase as we know that we are on the brink of something that is beyond our imaginations and knowledge. Are your ready?

Open Air Ministry

As part of the outreach, some of the young people had an open air and shared the Gospel of Jesus. People from the community came for prayer and we saw GOD touching many lives through the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Three Days to go!

We are three days away from one of the greatest Holy Spirit movements at the tip of Africa. Over the past week GOD has proved to be so faithful. Hearing testimonies of people who was released from drugs, committed their lives to JESUS and who experienced the Power of GOD. This Sunday we expecting a greater move of the HOLY SPIRIT and watch this space for updates.

It is one of the first of these type of events to be held at the Bridgetown Moravian Church and there is a buzz and expectancy amongst young people in the local community. It will also be the first time that a spiritual dance will be done on one of our youth's anthem songs "Destiny" written by Mark Peters.

God Encounters

Last night we hosted a "GOD Encounters" event where young people seek to be in the presence of GOD. The evening started with our guests "Sons of the rugged Cross" leading us in praise and worship. As usual the venue was filled to capacity with young people who thirsts for the LORD.

As we began to worship the the LORD the Holy Spirit just came down and filled people all over the venue. Even those who could not find room inside the venue experienced the Power of GOD! The level of Worship increased as more and more people began to encounter the GOD. A dance ministry team (For Him) blessed us with a spiritual dance and the Name of JESUS was lifted up adn exhalted. The spiritual dance was followed with more worship and the WORD of God was shared. The message was about "Defining Moments".

The "Defining Moment" is when you have an encounter with the LORD and your life is transformed forever. It is significant/ life changing experience with the LORD. The scripture was taken from Isaiah 6 and Mark 5 and how the encounter with GOD changed the destiny of Isaiah and the woman with the flow of blood issue. A large number of people responded to the alter call and the presence of the LORD was so evident in the place. Many experienced the Power of the Holy Spirit and many comitted their lives to the LORD Jesus Christ. What a Mighty God we serve, who loves us unconditionally:-)

24 hours for Jesus

After our initial session of prayer last night (started at 8pm) into early hours of this morning we started this day with a "Honk/Hoot if you love Jesus" campaign. We had lots of young people from the local community coming together with banners proclaiming the name of JESUS CHRIST.

What an awesome time we had together moving through the streets of our local community and lifting up the name of JESUS. Taking the Gospel to the streets was exciting and we had an awesome response from the public. People all over were Honking/ Hooting their car horns acknowledging JESUS CHRIST as LORD.

During the campaign many of the young people ministered to people on the streets. An open air meeting was also held where powerful testimonies were shared and people responded to the WORD of GOD. After this meeting we returned to the centre where we continued the 24 hour of prayer.

It is a joy to see so many young people willing to sacrifice their weekend for prayer and to Glorify the Name of the LORD. We ended the day with a "bang" where many of the people felt the fire of God falling. We conintued to worship and honour the LORD with all of our beings. We ended the eveing praying for our communities, city, country and nations.

This is the perfect platform for tomorrow night's gathering of "GOD Encounters".

Defining Moments

There comes time when you have no other option, but to cry out to GOD and tell Him how much you love Him. And when you encounter GOD and He reveal himself to you, then you experience a defining moment.

Such a moment is life changing and significant. In ISAIAH 6 the Glory of the LORD is revealed to the prophet in the midst of the death of king Uzziah. This defining moment Isaiah sees the LORD seated upon His throne, high and exalted, and the train of His robe fills the temple. And the earth is full of Glory of the Lord. When you least expect it, then GOD reveal himself to you in a manner that changes everything.

Although a king died, the King of kings and the LORD Almighty was revealed. So when you have a defining moment with the LORD, even though you are sick in your body, JESUS will be revealed as your Healer. If you are lonely, the LORD reveals himself as your Father. If you are in need, He will reveal himself as your Provider. So whatever you are going through, JESUS is calling you out and wants to reveal Himself to you. Your defining moment with the LORD is waiting for you. Let the Spirit of the Lord fill you as you worship the LORD of Hosts.

This Friday at 8pm, various youth groups will be joining in a 24hour prayer meeting. We are trusting and believing that people all over the world will encounter GOD. Your defining moment is here, return your heart to the LORD in worship and let the LORD reveal himself to you.

Restoration of God given dreams

This morning we had a youth meeting and God really took us to another level in His anointing. If you've ever thought that GOD is not able to fulfil promises this morning we experienced it in our meeting. He is able to do exceedingly more than what we can ask or even imagine (Eph 3:20).

The meeting started with a bang as we had some powerful Praise and Worship. There was an atmosphere of Worship and thankfulness in the place. The CTCF Sunday school ministered in dance and we were blessed with a song by Ricky and Melissa.

The River Squad and Impact Team followed with a dynamic presentation. The presentation had a mixture of dancing, singing, dynamic and Spirit filled testimonies and Reagan doing the presentation. It was wonderful to see how God changed the life of EX-drug addicts and gangters through the Blood of JESUS Christ and the Power of the Holy Spirit.

AS we continued to worship and Glorify God, we received a powerful Word from God ministered by our guest, Omar (UK). The prophetic Word that was that God is restoring and fulfilling dreams that He has placed within us.

The response by those present were astonishing as the Holy Spirit just came upon so many people in the meeting. Definately a Word for the nations. God is restoring and fulfilling His dreams that has been placed within you when He formed you.

Now is the Time to allow God to complete the good work that He has started in you (Phil 1:6)

GOD Encounters are here

When you arrive at a place where nothing else matters, but to be in the presence of the LORD of Glory. Then you know that the encounter will change your life forever. I believe that over the next few weeks we are going to see more of God's Glory being manifested.

So be expectant and remain in the presence of our LORD Jesus Christ as we going to see more signs and wonders. I'm trusting GOD for more testimonies will be posted in response to the GOD Encounters.

JESUS Christ is Lord - The Harvest is ready

What a Loving Father we have, that we can come to Him at any time and He answers our prayers. We won't always be able to explain what God is doing in our midsts and sometimes we should just experience Him. Let God Be LORD of your life and experience the Living God.

Tonight, I am so blessed and more than blessed. Visited the Moravian Youth in Bridgetown and we had such a Spirit filled evening. We experienced the annointing and everyone present were touched by the Holy Spirit. Jesus was proclaimed as LORD and Saviour. The young people really opened their lives to experience more of God. Lives were changed, new beginnings and many gave the lives to JESUS CHRIST. Keep praying for us in Cape Town as we pray for the outpour of the Holy Spirit on all flesh.

We are in a Harvest season and I'm so mindful and agree with the song writer that declares "We need you Lord, we need you Lord, right now." This is the Time for more of the manifested Power of JESUS.

Arise, Shine for your light has come

Greetings in the Name of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

This was definately a weekend to remember:-) It started Saturday with a 12 hour prayer session, praying for Salvation, Nations, more of God's Glory. There was such a powerful presence during the Prayer and everyone present experience the Fire coming from God. The Holy Spirit was so evident in our midsts and already we began to see what was prayed for (Praise the Lord!).

It continued the Sunday with an even greater outpour of the Spirit of God. Many people were soaked with the annointing and when we got together the evening, many lives were transformed! Once more a large gathering of people seeking after God. Guests (Now family, Amen) from the UK, Omar (and his wife Jill), ministered the Word of God. The Word that went forth was 'Those who are barren are about to experience the flow of the River of Life (Isaiah 54)'. Also that as children of the Living God we should 'Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the Glory of the Lord rises upon you' (Isaiah 60). How powerful it was and when the floodgates were opened people experienced the Holy Spirit all over the place. There was such an awesome presence of God and definately people who were in bondage were released in the meeting. People comitting their lives to Jesus and how awesome it was.

I believe that as God is revealing Himself to us so powerfully and pouring out His Holy Spirit in our midsts, that He is doing the same all over the world. That wherever you are, that you will see more of the manifestation of God's Glory as you seek Him.

Who do you say I AM?

This was the question Jesus asked Simon Peter (Matthew 16:15,16) and I believe that this is the same question we are being asked. We have to say who Jesus is in our lives. We have to declare and believe that He is 'Yahweh'. If you need healing you have to say that He is your Healer, provision then He is your Provider, deliverance then He is your Deliverer.

As you open your heart to the Power of the Holy Spirit and allow the Word of God to resonate within your being, Declare the Name of Jesus and experience the manifestation of God's Glory.

"But what about you?" Jesus asked. "Who do you say IAM?"
