24 hours for Jesus

After our initial session of prayer last night (started at 8pm) into early hours of this morning we started this day with a "Honk/Hoot if you love Jesus" campaign. We had lots of young people from the local community coming together with banners proclaiming the name of JESUS CHRIST.

What an awesome time we had together moving through the streets of our local community and lifting up the name of JESUS. Taking the Gospel to the streets was exciting and we had an awesome response from the public. People all over were Honking/ Hooting their car horns acknowledging JESUS CHRIST as LORD.

During the campaign many of the young people ministered to people on the streets. An open air meeting was also held where powerful testimonies were shared and people responded to the WORD of GOD. After this meeting we returned to the centre where we continued the 24 hour of prayer.

It is a joy to see so many young people willing to sacrifice their weekend for prayer and to Glorify the Name of the LORD. We ended the day with a "bang" where many of the people felt the fire of God falling. We conintued to worship and honour the LORD with all of our beings. We ended the eveing praying for our communities, city, country and nations.

This is the perfect platform for tomorrow night's gathering of "GOD Encounters".
