Living the abundant life

This morning we received powerful ministry from Past. Jenny Petersen and what a life changing experience it was. The Word was from John 10:10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full". We were encouraged to persevere through our seasons, being filled and dependent on the Holy Spirit, and clothed with the armour of GOD.

With an anointed time of worship we were really blessed and ready to live our lives in abundance. Many responded for prayer and we know that there are much more coming from this anointed and powerful woman of GOD.

The Revolution has begun...

Last night we gathered at Cape Peninsula University of Technology for the launch of "The Glory Revolution". Taking the Gospel of Jesus to University is a new step for us but what an awesome GOD we serve. We had a good crowd in and it was awesome to see young people just praising and worshipping the LORD. There was definitely a presence of power. The Cape Town Christian Fellowship youth worship team led us in praise and worship.

We were later blessed by Andriette and Vaughan who blessed us with their music ministry. The anointing just fell all over the place as they began to minister in song. Singing songs like Purify, You chose me and Take control really broke down barriers in the lives of young people.

We had more worship and Apostle Roger Petersen shared a powerful word from the LORD titled "The Revolution has begun...". All the LORD requires is one person who is ready to bring about a revolution for JESUS in their lives, families, communities or nation. Many responded for prayer and experienced the power of the Holy Spirit.

So join us every Friday at CPUT (Room 3.15, Engineering Building) for the "Glory Revolution" because the revolution has begun...

The Passion of Jesus Christ

Knowing what Jesus did for us on the cross at Calvary and just experiencing the resurrecting Power of Jesus within us (Romans 8:11)changed many lives this evening. We ended our Passion weekend with a GOD Encounter and as always is was one that will never be forgotton. Tonight we just soaked in the presence of the LORD.

Our Youth Worship team led us in Praise and Worship and the power of the LORD just fell all over the place. I shared the Word of the LORD from Hebrews 13:8 that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. The same passion and love He showed us when He laid down His life for us is what we can experience today and forevermore.

The rest of the evening we just worshipped and rested in the presence of the LORD.

Thank you Jesus for all that you've done.

All out for Jesus

Many are on holiday, at the beach or just taking things easy, however we decided to spend the day in prayer. Praying for individuals, families, communities, our city and nation. Seeing young people dedicating their holiday to cry out to the LORD is such an awesome experience. We are trusting GOD to cover our lives with His Glory.

Later the afternoon we also had an open air outreach where we went all out for Jesus. The Cape Town Christian Fellowship Worship Team led us in worship and we could feel the power of the LORD moving through our community. G.L.O.W also minister in dance titled "This is the Blood" reminding us what Jesus did for us on Calvary. Testimonies were shared and a powerful Word was preached.

Seeing people respond for prayer was so encouraging and truly our GOD is more than faithful.

What a blessed day we had and looking forward to tomorrow's GOD Encounter where we'll Witness the Passion of Jesus Christ.

Pick up your Cross

This morning we gathered at beatiful Constantia Neck and went for a walk up the mountainside. This was not going to be an ordinary walk as we were going to carry a cross reminding us what Jesus did for us while enduring the cross.

The experiences from many of the young people were overwhelming. There were a greater appreciation for our salvation, the Blood of Jesus, the love GOD has for us and just experiencing the most passionate act ever shown for mankind.

As each one of us picked up the cross to carry for a distance, the impact it had on our lives will be with us forever. As we celebrate what Jesus did for us let us be reminded not to be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Let us pick up our cross and follow Jesus.

GOD Encounter - The Worship Experience

Last night as we gathered outside the Impact Centre to have our first GOD Encounter outdoors. Once a number of people all across the Peninsula gathered to experience the Power of GOD. The focus was worship and what an awesome time we had as we worshipped Jesus Christ. The Youth Worship team led us in worship and it was a beautiful sight to see so many young people just in worship.


We were also blessed by David in song and G.L.O.W who ministered in dance as we seeked the face of the LORD. Our special guest speaker was Ivan Haigh (UK)who shared a powerful and lifechanging Word from the LORD. The scripture reference was Matthew 1:1-18. There were a number of people who responded for prayer and we just continued throughout the rest of the meeting to worship the LORD.

We ended the evening with a time of Praise and thanksgiving as we honour the LORD for His goodness and mercy towards us.

The next GOD Encounter will be taking place the 23 March as we will celebrate "The Passion of Jesus Christ".

In the presence of the Lord

Whenever 2 or 3 gather in the name of Jesus there He is to bless us. This morning we experienced the presence of the LORD and seeing people who's lives were changed because of Jesus was so encouraging. The baptism candidates shared their testimonies and it was so encouraging to hear how faithful our GOD is.


We then received a fresh Word from the LORD by Ivan Haigh and Gary Wills from the UK. Both of them really ministered so powerfully and we excited to see how GOD bring fulfilment the promises that He has placed within us.

Call it Out!!!

Last night at homecell we had such a powerful time and seeing the manifestation of GOD's Glory was evident. The Word was that we should "call it out". Speak the promises and victories that GOD has placed within us into being. The presence of the LORD converged down upon the meeting and we experienced such a powerful presence. GOD also healed a lady in the meeting and definitely looking forward to what GOD has instore for us.

This Sunday we'll be hosting the next GOD Encounter and we'll have a special guest speaker from the UK. There's an expectation that this Sunday we're going to be taken into a new level with GOD.

Last Saturday as we took to the streets, we joined together in prayer for communities and the city.The response was so awesome and we had opportunties to pray with people on the streets.
